All Science News is a division of Perihelion Engineering and was conceived by TJ GINN as

a spoof broadcast for his You Tube Channel 'Perihelion Engineering' which sports the

'Professor Brainstein Presents' show that presents Physics 101 with episodes that

represent the Treatise 'Perihelion Engineering - The Universe in a Nutshell'

It was just a logical step to look up the name 'All Science News'. Realizing that the

name was not in use inspired the idea to actually start a news channel presenting

news about science in all areas and thus it began.

Conceived as a sole proprietorship, it is structured as a partnership

where each member is equal in in all manner like the knights of the round table.

One for all and all for one.
